Where are we

Due to our home based knowledge of the area and the high demand in the market, we started our residential developments around Lake Iseo in Northern Italy. In addition to this area, VITRUM-PARKS will also focus on the Franciacorta region and the nearby city of Brescia, where excellent inner-city developments can be realized

This concept is aimed at a ‘senior’ clientele aged sixty and over, retired people who are also lonely, but rather not spending their days alone, seniors who want to make everyday housework as easy as possible and enjoy a well- deserved retirement. The clientele may be local, but also foreigner. Foreigner customers who might be fascinated by the idea of a well- deserved retirement in an Italian lifestyle in one of our renowned locations.

Services

Being a concept aimed at a self-sufficient clientele, the proposed services exclude nursing and hospital care. The planned units will be totally independent. Services may include:

The main goal of such projects is to give prominence to the social theme and attention to this category.
